Leadership

As the leader of The Toddfather Team, Todd’s primary function is to provide the mission and vision for the entire team. He is responsible for finding, integrating, and developing the members of the leadership team. In addition, he works to create systems and processes that allow each new 7k Metals Member of The Toddfather Team every opportunity to succeed.
Over the last 20+ years, Todd has been blessed to serve in many leadership roles. Along the way, he has been coached and trained by some of the top business professionals in the marketplace. Most importantly, he has been taught the importance of building a strong team and knowing the value of empowering them to do the things they do better than he does.
Todd’s first and foremost love is that of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. His adoration for his wife Jennifer and his family are at the top of the list. There is not much that he loves more than spending time with his loved ones. In his free time, Todd loves to ride his Harley, fish, and go camping. Todd is a truly blessed man in that he needs very little to be happy, but he is grateful for everything that The Lord has given to him and his family!

Joy is the Director of Operations for The Toddfather Team.  She oversees the team operations and ensures that The Toddfather Team Members receive the tools and resources needed for growth and expansion.  She is responsible for overseeing the processes that are in place to welcome members and direct them to the training resources available to them as The Toddfather Team Members.

Joy has over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur and co-business owner with her husband Jim. This background has provided her with the knowledge and expertise necessary to coordinate the moving parts of a successful business, act as a lead administrator, and offer support to The Toddfather Team.

Joy is motivated by her passion for Jesus, the love she has for her husband Jim and their four children, and a desire to help others succeed. She loves to travel with her family and has a heart for missions to reach those less fortunate.

Director of Operations

Jeff is responsible for managing The Toddfather Team’s finances and planning for the future operations of the organization. His responsibilities within The Toddfather Team include both management and human resources.

Over the last 20 years, Jeff has honed his skills to become a master contractor. Jeff currently runs and owns Salted Hue Interiors with his wife Rachel, who is the CEO of Salted Hue. Jeff has been the director of operations for this company and oversees all remodeling and custom build projects.

Jeff’s work ethic has always been a driving force in everything he does, and he enjoys helping businesses reach their full potential. In Jeff’s spare time, he enjoys traveling with his wife of 26 years, spending time with his three beautiful children, playing golf, and fishing.

Joy is the Director of Sales and Member Support for The Toddfather Team.  She ensures that both The Toddfather  Enrollment Team and The Toddfather Team Members receive the tools and resources needed for growth and expansion.  She is responsible for the management and coordination of the enrollment team and the coordination of The Toddfather Staff.  She is the lead point of contact for members, overseeing the processes that are in place to welcome members and direct them to the training resources available to them as The Toddfather Team Members.

Jim serves The Toddfather Team as a Sales and Member Support Consultant. As a lead member of The Toddfather Sales Team, his efforts are focused on sales processes and the initial client experience. He strives to improve those processes, ensuring that potential members experience excellence and care from their very first point of contact with The Toddfather Team.
Jim is a successful entrepreneur who has also been raised in a family of entrepreneurs.  This upbringing and experience have given him the skillset necessary to not only launch businesses but to effectively understand client care.  He seeks to ensure client care through authenticity and relationship, helping a client make an informed decision based on what they anticipate will be most beneficial to them.
Jim would not be the man he is today without his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He has been married to his wife Joy for 23 years, and they have four beautiful children together. Jim is an avid hunter, loves to travel, and has participated in many missions endeavors throughout his lifetime.

Craig’s primary focus is the well-being of the staff. He spends much of his time giving encouragement and imparting wisdom. He provides guidance with team building and management, council in staff utilization and direction, and assists in member support.
Craig brings a B.S. Degree in Quantitative Business Analysis to the organization, as well as 11 years of service in the USAF, 13 years of business ownership, four years of computer tech support, and most importantly 45 years of serving Christ.
Craig loves people and has a strong desire to see everyone live and enjoy life to the fullest. Craig has been blessed with an exceptional wife of 51 years, Kathy, three children, and 10 grandchildren.

She manages communications with The Toddfather Team through overseeing the Band App and placement of training videos and documents. Kathy spends a great deal of time communicating with members via the Band App to make sure their needs are met and their questions are answered.
Kathy has brought her college experience, 13 years of business ownership, four years of computer tech support, and 45 years of serving Christ to our organization.
Kathy has been blessed by the Lord to serve her husband Craig and their family through prayer and council. She enjoys seeing people worship and walk closely with the Lord! Kathy is thankful for the way 7k Metals has brought the Collins family together and created a legacy for future generations. Kathy loves to help people prosper in the Lord and enjoy their family.

Member Support Manager

Haley serves The Toddfather Team as the Operations Assistant. She assists in CRM reconciliation and maintenance, administrative support, member support, and scheduling.

Haley brings over 7 years of experience working in customer service, as well as three years of college experience with a focus on business administration. Her excellent interpersonal skills, experience in administrative support, and study in business administration are a vital blend of skills, leading her to be a valuable asset to The Toddfather Team.

Haley enjoys spending time with her family and friends, deepening her relationship with our Father in Heaven, and spending time near the ocean. She also has a passion for music, good food, traveling, reading, and exploring her creativity in various outlets.

Operations Assistant

Kristy serves The Toddfather Team as the Executive Assistant. She assists in content editing, marketing material creation, scheduling, member support, new member onboarding, as well as administrative support and assistance.

Kristy brings over 10 years of experience working in customer service in various environments. Her experience in the customer service arena has enabled her to be ready to take on anything that our team needs assistance with, regardless of its nature. She is always excited to learn new things and excels in anything she sets her mind to. Her vast experience has qualified her to be a flexible and valuable asset to The Toddfather Team.

Kristy finds fulfillment in helping others and has a passion for music, visiting new places, and experiencing new things. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors and making new memories with her three kids and loved ones.
